#1st children’s educational app to teach math and Chinese online by teachers from Stanford University & Columbia University.

SmarterKids uses top teachers from famous universities to bring a healthy and effective teaching methodology to support children’s learning. We focus on inspiring children to learn, cultivating innate motivation and intellectual curiosity while building them a solid foundation of math and Chinese literacy.

=> Our online class is ~30 minutes each session.
=> Math class - 5 levels: K1, K2, K3, P1, P2. Parents can choose based on children’s condition. Each level has ~80 classes. For example:

- K3: for kids who can calculate accurately and fluently simple adding and subtracting within 10 (3+5, 7-2), but not within 20. For kids who can count certain shapes among different shapes, but not among a complex combination of shapes. Usually at age 4-6.

- P1: for kids who can calculate accurately and fluently simple adding and subtracting within 20, but not serial adding and serial subtracting within 20 (5+7+4, 15-4-6). For kids who can do simple multiplication and division within 15. Usually at age 5-7.

=> Chinese language class - 5 levels: Y1, Y2, Y3, P1, P2. Each level has ~80 classes.
- Y1: Zero-Based Chinese course for students with weak foundation，classes are mostly conducted in English.

- Y2: Intermediate Chinese course for learners who can communicate in commonly used daily Chinese but cannot understand complex sentences in Chinese, Classes are taught in a mixture of English and Chinese.

- Y3: Advanced Chinese course for learners who have a certain accumulation of vocabulary and can communicate using complete sentences, but need to improve their listening and speaking skills. Classes are taught in 100% Chinese (from slow to normal).

- P1: Integrated Chinese Course for learners who have good Chinese speaking and listening skills, get ready to learn more words and some writing. Classes are taught in 100% Chinese and aligned with the content of the 1st grade curriculum in Chinese elementary school.

- P2: Integrated Chinese Course for learners who can recognize about 800 Chinese characters and write about 400 Chinese characters. For those who are prepared to improve their reading comprehension, such as reading stories and longer passages, and to learn more advanced Chinese phrases and characters.
